PDP Presidential Candidate and former vice president, Atiku Abubakar's legal team has spoken against the refusal of INEC to produce polling materials from the last general election for investigation even after the Appeal Court had given orders that the materials be released.
Mr Silas Onu, a member of the team says INEC have kept on denying them access to the materials which had been assessed and paid for in the earlier week.
He included that they might be compelled to petition for disrespect against the INEC director and different officers of the commission in the event that they don't give a positive response soon..
